Zoom in on the map to see the area where your coral or your reef is located!
When you adopt a coral or reef with Coral Guardian, your corals are transplanted the following month onto our marine protected area in Indonesia, near Komodo National Park.
Thanks to this initiative, more than 47,000 corals have been transplanted around Hatamin island, which had been devastated by dynamite fishing. A team of 8 full-time employees are involved in the project on site, including 4 former fishermen. A 5-fold increase in fish species has been recorded in the area.
